His ideal client is one who comes to him for help and actually listens and has enough faith in him as a practitioner that this advice will get the desired result. Throughout our conversation, Attorney Davies' care for his clients was obvious. Bob has represented many women who have been threatened with physical violence. Sometimes this is part of a divorce situation, sometimes not. He has had cases where he feared for the life of his clients and at times for his own life. He has successfully handled these threats, although, of course, the situation can be daunting. I was surprised how cool he was describing these scenarios. As an example, he has a case of a divorced couple with five young children, where the father owes about $100,000 in back child support and has been abusive to the children. Bob obtained a court order disallowing the father from contact with the children and is hoping to get a bench warrant to arrest this man for non-payment. In the meantime these cases remain on Bob's mind. In any divorce, if children are involved, they are his priority . He wants to be sure they are safe and that their complete well being is assured.. If a client does not agree that the kids come first, he states that he is not the attorney. for them. Bob and his wife have a large family of four kids. All his adult children are professionals. but alas, no lawyers. Bob is a hiker, taking day trips to the mountains, and other places with his wife. He loves to read and he also runs a support group for men enduring divorce. He has been doing this for thirteen Years. Another plus is his fluency in Spanish. Contact Details
